하늘의 변주곡, Variations on the Sky

Clouds are in constant motion. They blend and overlap, as some forms emerge while others disappear. Within this flow, I focus on moments that cannot be held. Light passes through time, altering the shape and color of the clouds. One moment appears clear, and the next dissolves into softness. Appearance and disappearance happen at the same time. The overlapping clouds and shifting colors feel less like a landscape and more like the visible trace of time itself. This work is not an attempt to reproduce the sky. Instead, I observe the marks left by passing light and the layers of color formed within that movement. Colors and shapes gather, disperse, and transform into something new. The images resemble the sky, yet they also suggest an emotional landscape. Clouds never settle into a fixed form. For this reason, I am more interested in the process of change than in a finished scene. Within the repeated cycle of formation and dissolution, nothing remains still. To record this moment is to follow the texture of time. These images are not frozen landscapes, but fragments of passing time. I quietly observe the point where creation and disappearance meet.
