나는 도형을 통해 가장 근본적인 질문을 이어오고 있다.
모서리와 선, 그리고 원형은 내 작업의 출발점이다. 단순한 형태처럼 보이지만, 그 안에는 생각의 방향과 태도가 담겨 있다.
모서리는 끝을 가진 형태다. 방향이 멈추는 자리이자 힘이 모이는 경계다. 나는 그 날카로운 지점에서 선택의 순간과 끊어짐의 의미를 바라본다. 어떤 것은 거기에서 멈추고, 또 다른 것은 그곳에서 시작된다.
선은 시간이 지나간 흔적과 닮아 있다. 화면을 가로지르는 선은 멈추지 않으려는 움직임이고, 존재가 자신을 드러내는방식이다. 한 줄의 선은 단순하지만, 그 안에는 이어지고자 하는 의지가 담겨 있다.
원형은 시작과 끝이 구분되지 않는 구조다. 나는 원을 통해 유한한 삶 속에서도 계속 이어지는 가능성을 이야기하고 싶다. 반복되고 돌아오는 형식 안에서, 우리는 또 다른 길을 발견할 수 있다..

I continue to explore fundamental questions through simple geometric forms.
Corners, lines, and circles are the starting points of my work. Though they may appear simple, they carry direction and thought within them.
A corner holds an ending. It is a point where movement stops and force gathers. At that sharp edge, I reflect on moments of decision and separation. Some things end there, while others begin.
A line resembles the trace of passing time. The lines that cross the surface suggest movement and the will to continue. Even a single line can express the desire of existence to reveal itself.
A circle has no clear beginning or end. Through the circle, I speak of possibilities that continue within a finite life. Within forms that return and repeat, we may discover new paths.
