무상 / Impermanence 

 

세상의 모든 것은 머무르지 않고 끊임없이 변한다. 

폭포와 바다, 그리고 구름. 물의 세 가지 형태를 통해 무상( 無常)의 이치를 사진으로 기록했다. 멈춰 있는 사진을 통해, 역설적으로 거스를 수 없는 변화의 흐름을 표현하고자 했다. 

이 거대한 순환 속에서 영원한 실체는 존재하지 않는다. 그 흐름을 있는 그대로 받아들일 때 찾아오는 내면의 평안을 마 주하기를 소망한다.

Everything in the world is in constant flux; nothing remains un changed. Through three forms of water a waterfall, the sea, and clouds. I sought to photograph the principle of impermanence. Paradoxically, through the stillness of photography, I wanted to expr ess the irresistible flow of change. Within this vast cycle, no permanent essence exists. I hope tha t, by accepting this flow as it is, we may encounter the inner peace that arises from letting go.
